RSPCA 'behaved unlawfully' over cat death

The RSPCA behaved unlawfully and misled a pet owner and the media after it seized and killed a family's elderly cat. That is according to the findings of an independent internal report. The case centred around inspectors removing a cat called 'Claude' from its owner Richard Byrnes and his family from Hertfordshire. On the programme Mr Byrnes joined Victoria as they spoke to Chris Wainwright from the RSPCA.
