Since the end of apartheid 10 years ago, there have been many grandiose plans for the continent, put forward by the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and others. But none has really worked, and the challenges facing Africa are still stark. In this final programme of the three-part series, Tanzanian journalist Adam Lusekelo asks if there are real prospects for a fresh start for the African people.
