How does the electoral process work in a British by-election?
The political constituency of Brent East in London is the most ethnically diverse in Britain and is usually considered to be a 'safe' Labour party seat. The programme follows the electoral process there as a mid-term by-election is taking place due to the death of the sitting member of parliament.
