MPs call for council 'reorganisation'

The leader of Northamptonshire County Council Jim Harker has received a letter sent to him by the county's MP asking him to look at "reorganising" the councils in the county.

Councillor Harker says the letter has also been sent to Greg Clark, the Secretary of State for the Department for Communities and Local Government.
