'Sometimes women's work isn't recognised'

Jemima Olchawski of the Fawcett Society says that 'sometimes women's work isn't recognised', and that contributes to the gender pay gap.

The government has announced that firms with more than 250 employees must publish the gap in pay between the men and women working for them.

Ben Southwood of the Adam Smith Institute and Sarah Churchman, head of diversity at PwC, discuss the issue with Ms Olchawski.
