The European Union pledges to strengthen its security as concerns rise about border control across the continent following the Paris attacks.The United Nations Security Council says all countries should join the fight against the Islamic State group. The Council unanimously passed a resolution drafted by France which urged member states to redouble action against Islamic state and co-ordinate their efforts to prevent and suppress terrorist attacks. It came as Mali declared a national emergency following an attack by suspected Islamic extremists on a hotel in Bamaco, which left 27 people dead. We get the latest from Bamaco and discuss what impact tighter security will have on the economy in Europe and beyond.
