Willow Robinson began his professional career in Los Angeles, playing with one of his good friends in the duo Bohemian Sun.

He's toured the USA twice, as well as playing at SXSW, with the band Lime Cordiale.

Upton Upon Severn was jiving to to the sound of jazz, swing and dance as the 30th Upton Jazz Festival got underway last weekend.

4 July: Hagfest nr Kidderminster

Hagfest is a brand new festival in the 2015 musical calendar, raising money for a local community centre.

The event features top local bands and performers sourced by Base Studios in Stourbridge and includes an eclectic mix of music styles from rock & pop to folk & ska.

There will be added attractions such as a laser tag tent, bouncy castle, bungee run, face painting, craft tent, music lessons and local stalls.

The event began as a birthday celebration for local resident Andy Mapp, raising money for local charities.

The June event raised Β£6,400 for the Acorns Children's Hospice and the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
