Time for More Drama?

With recent plays on the network gaining the praise and attention of global listeners, is it time for drama to be a bigger priority on the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service?

For 75 years drama has had a regular slot on the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service and at its height there was a programme a week on the network. However, in 2010, financial cutbacks meant the spotlight on drama was dimmed. Now, recent plays on the network have been gaining listeners' praise and attention. So is it time for drama to be a bigger priority on the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ World Service?
