Highlights Leicester Carnival 2014: Elvie Morton
Leicester’s Caribbean Carnival took place at the beginning of August.
Organisers said this year people paid tribute to Nelson Mandela and there was also a Peace Walk in memory of fallen Caribbean Soldiers.
