How Tudor clothes were made
The workers at Weald and Downland Open Air Museum in West Sussex are able to demonstrate the kind of work people had to do 450 years ago, including how to make clothes. The process of making the wool for the clothes is shown in detail. In Tudor times, young children learnt to spin to help make yarn for their family's clothes.
