The Great Egg Race
From 1979 to 1986, science-based show The Great Egg Race introduced Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Two viewers to teams of inventors who took on the challenge of building gadgets using limited resources and their own ingenuity. Initially focused on creating rubber-band powered devices to carry eggs the furthest possible distance, the series also made a household name of scientist Professor Heinz Wolff. This collection looks back at some of those inventions through a selection of programmes.
