Steel pan drums
Katie is a member of the North Tyneside Steel Band and has been playing steel pan drums for two years. Steel pan drums originated from Trinidad in the Caribbean. Katie teaches 'Blue Peter' presenter Helen a scale and a solo part which she later performs with the band.
