An interview with the owner of a small hotel in Spain
In the historic town of Xativa we learn about the hotel Mont Sant and its owner, Xavier. After travelling the world as an economist he returned home to start up the hotel, and he describes the kind of hotel he wanted to establish. Xavier explains that he has never worked so hard but he gets enormous satisfaction from his work.
