A report about the aspirations of a group of young Tejano musicians in Southern USA. Through a series of interviews with a local radio station DJ and the band members of 'Tormenta', we gain insights into the daily life of four young Tejano musicians. They talk about their rehearsal schedules and their hopes for the future.
