The Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne, is set to make further cuts in his Autumn Statement. Reporter James Tzanoudakis asked retailers at the Heart of the Shires Shopping Centre near Weedon and other traders in Daventry what they would like the Chancellor to say. Stuart talks to Northampton accountant Graham Goss, who's a member of the Federation of Small Businesses, and to Martin Lord, the Chief Executive of the Citizens Advice Bureau in Northampton. Reporter Tom Percival meets the Smith family in Little Harrowden.
