• About Geoff

  'GT' as Geoff is known, has had two jobs - both of which he calls 'the stuff of dreams'. His football career encompassed more than 425 games, beginning at Preston North End between 1983 and 1986. He then made 320 appearances for Bristol Rovers between 1986 and 1993. Geoff joined the 麻豆约拍 in 1993 on a six-month contract as a sport journalist. But the lure of the pitch was too great and he returned to the beautiful game - and Bristol Rovers - as assistant manager to Ian Holloway. Radio beckoned again in 1997 and Geoff has been at 麻豆约拍 Radio Bristol ever since.
