An undercover investigation for 麻豆约拍 Inside Out looks at the practices of one British mail order company entangled with scammers abroad.

They promise prize money - guaranteed - they just ask that you make a small order - and then several orders and possibly thousands of pounds later, you still have not got anything.

Have you or a member of your family been the victim of a scam?

Also on the programme, a Kent man who broke his back when he fell from a balcony in Turkey has returned to the UK.

Charlie Smith from Dartford, visited the country with his mum Heather and younger brother Kane in September for a holiday.

25-year-old Charlie fell from a third floor balcony at the spa resort where they were staying and broke his back in three places.

Last week, Charlie was flown to Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Aylesbury for an operation to remove a bone fragment from his spinal cord.

Unfortunately, the insurance did not cover Charlie's accident and his Mum has had to sell many of his possessions, including his car to cover the medical bills.

We speak to Charlie's Mum.
