We hear your stories.
Also on the programme, Cathryn Kemp joins Julia live in the studio.
Cathryn, from Kent, nearly lost her life due to an all consuming drug addiction.
Diagnosed with severe pancreatitis, she became addicted to painkillers after four years of operations and misdiagnosis. Within two years of being prescribed fentanyl, a painkiller 100 times stronger than heroin, she was taking more than ten times the NHS maximum, all on prescription drugs.
Given six months to live, Cathryn checked into rehabilitation and was told she would be unlikely to recover from the highest level of opiate abuse the clinic had ever seen.
She recovered.
The travel journalist, who has written a book about the ordeal entitled 'Painkiller Addict', opens up to Julia in a revealing interview (10.09).
And a family of six were rescued from a fire in their home in Margate at the weekend by two neighbours who heard their screams.
Neighbours broke in through a bathroom window to rescue and mother and her five children who were sleeping at the time.
One of the rescuers and the family were taken to hospital suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service believes the fire started after an electric cooker was left on accidentally.
Paul Fuller, Vice President of the Chief Fire Officers Association, and Steve Curtler from the Electrical Safety Council tell Julia about the measures people can take to prevent tragedy occurring in our homes (11.37).
