Rescue teams in Somerset say they still hope to find the body of Four-year-old Dylan Cecil from Kettering. On holiday at Burnham-on-Sea with his parents and sisters, Dylan fell into the sea on Sunday evening. Stuart talks to Joe Leach, a Councillor at Burnham-on-Sea, and to Tris Newey, Sector Manager for Her Majesty's Coastguard for the area that includes Burnham.
