Less than a week after the Olympic Games the new League football season begins with the success of London 2012 serving as a wake-up call for football. Former Northampton Town footballer Terry Angus says the selfish, "all about me", culture of football has to change, and Stuart talks to Keith Hopson who coaches children at Parklands Tigers.

The family of eight year old Zac Knighton Smith from Rushden say they're raising money for another round of treatment after a recurrence of the childhood cancer he suffers from. Stuart talks to Zac's Mum Sam, to Chris Curry, the father of Niamh Curry, who died in May after being diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2010, and to Alison Moy from Neuroblastoma Alliance UK.

Stuart talks to Geoff Ollerton a Professor of Biodiversity at the University of Northampton about the effects of the wet weather on bees and other insects, and to John Fahy from Tresham College and his son Liam who served pizza to Mo Farah and Chris Hoy at the Olympics Closing Ceremony.

Reporter Rebecca Dickson meets Stuart Tite from the Pheonix Wheelchair Basketball Club to hear more about the "Join In" events. More details are at www.joininuk.org.
