Campaign to save children's heart unit

A campaign against the closure of the paediatric heart surgery unit at Glenfield Hospital in Leicester is gathering momentum. The unit is used by famuilies from Northamptonshire.

Following the decision to move the children's heart surgery unit at Glenfield Hospital in Leicester to Birmingham, there's a campaign under way to reverse the decision. Stuart talks to consultant paediatrician Sanjiv Nichani from Glenfield Hospital, Ruth Morson from Kettering whose 15-year-old daughter was born with a congenital heart defect and to Adam Tansey, the man who started the campaign whose son Albert was born with half a heart.

Councillor Chris Millar, leader of Daventry District Council, tells Stuart about the decision of the Planning Inspectorate to approve a wind farm on land near Winnick.

As Caroline Chisholm Primary School decides to suspend its teaching of sex and relationships education, Stuart talks to Emma Clarke who has been campaigning against a sex education DVD being shown in local schools.

Yvonne Spence and Stephen Chown from Northampton Business Improvement District (BID) are in the studio to talk about the launch of "Discover Northampton", a new networking scheme for businesses in the town.

Ian Smith, Corby Borough Council's head of planning and environmental services, tells Stuart about the roll-out of food waste disposal bins in Corby.
