Eurotunnel says passengers could face delays of over four hours between Folkestone and Calais this summer, if Border Agency staff are diverted to deal with queues at Heathrow Airport.

Channel Tunnel operator Eurotunnel says passengers could face delays of over four hours between Folkestone and Calais this summer, if Border Agency staff are diverted to deal with queues at Heathrow Airport.

The company says it is expecting a sharp surge in traffic for the Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics, but will not be filling up its shuttle services to allow delayed passengers to get on later trains. It is also speeding up shuttles through the tunnel, reducing journey times to under 30 minutes.

Pay day loan companies with their high interest rates have always been the targets of criticism from the likes of the Citizens Advice Bureau.

However, Medway's CAB is now accepting funding from a very unusual source. The money lender Wonga is now working with Medway CAB on a survey about personal debt, but critics believe companies like it are part of problem.
