The chief executive of the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust has defended telling staff they might not get paid unless cuts were made. The trust is Β£6m in the red two months into the new financial year. Huge cuts and efficiency savings must be made so today from 9am Jim invites you to 'be the boss' and asks 'what would you do differently?' Plus TOYL from 1966.
