It's National Foster Care Fortnight and Leicester City Council has launched a campaign to highlight the amazing work done by foster carers. Today Jim Davis is live from "Leicester's Fostering and Adoption Centre" on Friar Lane, hearing stories of how fostering has changed people's lives.
