The application process opens for tickets to the Olympic Games. Today and last night the London 2012 countdown clock was revealed in Trafalgar Square with 500 days to go!

Sally Gunnell joins Anne as the countdown to the Olympics begins, and tells us what tickets we should apply for. Plus we hear from listeners with their memories of Olympic events.

And Chris Sumner, Race Director of the Reading Half Marathon, joins Anne to tell us how the organisation is going and if there are any big headaches in the run up to this year's race.
