Sian Cook, the founder of the Berkshire charity Swings and Smiles, understands how different life is for siblings living in a family where a brother or sister has a disability or special needs.

Sian has two daughters Amy who's severely disabled and Holly her older sister.

Sian says Holly has been in and out of hospital with her sister so much, she's seen things in A & E that a child of her age should never see.

The charity which aims to support the family of disabled children has now launched its new online sibling support service so they can also get help.

Anne also meets David Gregory from Reading. He trained as a Blacksmith and has worked in places as varied as Venice and his grandmas shed and he joined Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's outside this morning where Anne had a little go at the job.
