The Great British Rib Rally starts from Portland on Saturday, we talk to one of the competitors ahead of the 1800 nautical mile trip around the coast of Great Britain & Ireland.

The Grand Prix of the Sea moves to Malta this weekend, and Shelley Jory-Leigh reports for us as she prepares for the big race.
