My 'best of the guests' is Tony Golding who joined me on Tuesday when we launched the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Suffolk Treehouse Appeal.
He told his personal story of his grandson Sammy who spent three weeks at the Ipswich children's hospice.
Farmer David Barker will be getting up bright and early to review the Saturday newspapers.
He will also be talking about winning a Greenest County Award.
Lesley will let you know which Farmers' Markets are on.
Roger Chilvers has been a thatcher all his life and has just sent a consignement of Suffolk reed by Royal Command to roof a barn owned by the Prince of Wales.
Between 8 and 9am it's the Gardening Hour.
