Off the coast of Mexico, 30 sailfish have surrounded a small shoal of sardines. The sailfish are the fastest fish in the ocean, but it requires more than speed alone to catch the sardines. Their fins maintain stability during the tight turns, the powerful tail powers them forwards and the huge dorsal fin helps to intimidate their prey. But in slow motion it is clear to see the challenge they face whilst hunting down their prey is one of choice - picking one target from a shoal is difficult. With incredible skill, the sailfish knock individual sardines off balance, separating them from the main shoal, and making them easier targets. The shoal is methodically wiped out.
