After getting her honours degree in North Yorkshire, Sue returned to Wiltshire where she worked as a radioΒ jingles producer, whilst singingΒ in a wide range of bands, from rock and pop to dance bands and big bands.
After working as a volunteer at hospital radio stations in Trowbridge, Chippenham and Devizes, Sue joined Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Wiltshire Sound in 1990.
