One Family vs IS is a documentary about the Chattos, a family whose flight from violent persecution, death and enslavement articulates the horrors experienced by the Yazidi community in Iraq.
Unusually, the filmmakers made contact with the Chattos six months before they were captured by the Islamic State group, and so the film charts the survival stories of various family members as they attempt to reunite in Europe.
