A toddler in Ayr suffers a seizure in front of his frightened parents and is in urgent need of care. The ambulance crew need a plan that gets him to hospital and allows them to reduce the risk of a repeat incident on the journey.
Meanwhile, paramedics in Glasgow arrive at the scene of a fire as firemen attend to the victim's burns. A cigarette has set fire to the man's bed, and the light of the ambulance reveals the full extent of his burns.
A farm worker in the Borders has just recovered from knee surgery when the worst happens - a single 鈥榩op鈥�, and his knee is injured again. An ambulance crew are on the scene to help with the pain and return the man to hospital.
