After his transformation and with the special Rokushiki abilities, he completely overpowers Luffy and his friends. Meanwhile, the incendiary devices they planted in the mansion activate, and the building becomes engulfed in flames. Lucci and the other CP9 members take off to look for Franky, and they learn of his whereabouts from his underlings they find in town. Meanwhile, Franky has taken Usopp and the Going Merry to an empty warehouse. Hearing the story of Usopp鈥檚 break up with Luffy, Franky sympathizes with Usopp and offers him his support. He also tells him about Tom, who was his and Iceburg鈥檚 master, the great shipwright who built the Sea Train and gave the residents of Water 7 hope to survive.
