Rick starts his UK tour with the perfect steak in Northern Ireland and the best chocolate he’s ever had in Glasgow. After langoustine fishing in Argyll, he cooks scampi and chips.

Rick begins his tour of the UK’s best food in Belfast, tucking into Filipino-style Sunday lunch. After the perfect dry-aged Irish steak, it’s over to Glasgow for a square sausage roll, the most delicious chocolate he’s ever had and the story of Italian food in the city. On the lochs of Argyll, he fishes for langoustine before cooking scampi and chips, profiteroles and osso buco with his son Jack.
