After convincing Robin to admit that she wants to live, the Straw Hats are ready for an all-out war against the World Government and CP9. Franky reveals to CP9 that he actually had the Pluton blueprints inside his body and verifies their validity before burning them in front of Spandam. In blind fury, Spandam pushes Franky off the balcony, into the waterfall. However, unexpected help appears from Kokoro and Rocketman, and Franky and the Straw Hats fly toward the Tower of Justice.
