Shelina Permalloo brings the taste of Mauritius to the studio with her mutton cari with turmeric flatbreads. Ching-He Huang takes a Chinese classic and transforms it into a summertime sensation as she makes hoisin duck and strawberry wonton βtacosβ along with a fiery sweetcorn mapu tofu.
Ravneet Gill indulges our sweet tooth with her showstopping mango roulade, while Andi Oliver rustles up a Trinidadian treat of pholourie with bush tea gremolata. And Anne-Marie faces her food heaven, pad thai, or her food hell, a chocolate beetroot cake.
