Nadiya Hussain prepares a celebratory summer tart covered in chargrilled aubergines, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese and a burnt garlic dressing before Freddy Bird fires up the grill for carabinero prawns and squid with bomba rice.
Bryn Williams makes a comforting Welsh classic as he whips up Welsh rarebit, and David Carter serves cull yaw flatbreads with a gochujang chilli sauce and pickled red chillies.
Ed Gamble is in the hotseat facing either his food heaven, the ultimate lobster burger, or his food hell, liquorice sticky pudding, from Michelin-starred chef Paul Ainsworth.
