Ruaraidh heads to the continent and shows us how he prepared Salami from the raw ingredients and Uisdean makes a classic Spanish soup, Gazpacho. Uisdean also makes the South American fish dish, Ceviche. For a dessert Ruaraidh has a No Bake Cheesecake recipe, but first Uisdean shows us how to prepare another classic, Steak Tartare.
