One of the big storylines dominating the final season of Netflix鈥檚 hugely popular "Sex Education" revolves around the complex experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals at the crossroads of faith. With news this week the Pope has discussed extending blessings to same-sex couples, Zara is joined by Gerard Swan, Chair of the charity Quest, and Reverend Laurene Lafontaine, the minister at Broughton St. Mary鈥檚 Parish Church in Edinburgh to explore the journey of individuals whose faith may not completely embrace their identity.

Tuesday is World Mental Health Day. As part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival, there will be a new exhibition about artist Mary Barnes and her artistic journey that started during a mental health crisis when she received treatment from controversial psychiatrist R D Laing. Curator Victoria Tischler, a Professor of Behavioral Science at the University of Surrey, and Mary Barnes' friend Ninian Stuart join Zara to discuss the exhibition.
