Sir Peter Mathieson, Principal and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Edinburgh has said allowing wealthier families to pay for places could help prevent βtalent and moneyβ leaving the country. He said asking graduates above the average income to repay fees was "worthy of calm consideration".
