PHONE-IN
In the final debate of the SNP leadership campaign, the three candidates were asked if it was right to teach children about gender identity in schools. Kate Forbes said parents had approached her who were worried about what their children were being taught. Ash Regan also had concerns about parents not being involved and said she would βlook into itβ as First Minister. While Humza Yousaf said schools need to be a βsafe spaceβ for young people who canβt speak to their parents about their gender identity.
