Cathy and Tony meet Hanna Tekliuk a Ukrainian mother who is spending this Christmas morning with her two children apart from her husband and eldest child who remain back in their homeland. Hanna discusses the challenges of being so far away from loved ones and what constitutes Christmas traditions in Ukraine.
What happens when you live in a family with very different cultural traditions? Oliver Escobar is from Spain and his wife is Polish, while Oskar Gilchrist-Grodnicki is from south west Poland and he’s married to a Scot. They explain how they meld their very specific national traditions together.
