Their guest this morning is former ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Breakfast presenter and Channel 5 News Anchor Dr Sian Williams. She talks to Kate and Jason about the 'Life Changing' podcast on ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 4, which she presents, and her career as a psychologist.

In the 'Life Changing' podcast, Dr Williams talks to people who have lived through extraordinary events that have reshaped their lives in the most unpredictable ways.

Sian is a trained Trauma Assessor and helps journalists who have returned from covering traumatic news events. She became a Doctor of Psychology in 2021. Sian has also worked in the National Health Service with acute cancer patients and with ICU staff, dealing with the pandemic.

Journalist and 'I Belong Here' author Anita Sethi also joins to discuss the DESIblitz Literature Festival, the UK’s leading South Asian Literature Festival. Taking place in Birmingham, it aims to encourage young, aspiring British Asian writers.
