Nerina Pallot and Sadia Azmat

Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad are joined by singer, songwriter and producer Nerina Pallot and they chat to comedian, Sadia Azmat, about her memoir Sex Bomb.

Reverend Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad present uplifting stories about life, love and modern spirituality, alongside a great soundtrack for your Sunday morning.

Their guest this morning is Nerina Pallot, who has been releasing albums since 2001. She tells Kate and Jason about her seventh studio album, 'I Don't Know What I'm Doing', which was mostly written and recorded during the pandemic. She shares how she felt making an album at such a challenging time in our lives, the impact it had on her industry and how she’s looking forward to touring the record in October.

Also, British Asian stand-up comedian and writer from East London Sadia Azmat joins to chat about her memoir 'Sex Bomb'. In 2018 Sadia launched her critically acclaimed Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ podcast 'No Country For Young Women' which was nominated as Best New Podcast 2019 and Best Entertainment Podcast 2020 at the British Podcast Awards. 'Sex Bomb' is her first book.
