House prices in Wales are still going up according to the latest Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors survey. The average house price here is just shy of two hundred and twenty thousand pounds. So this morning, we want to know what's happening to property prices where you live? Has it become unaffordable to buy, to move, even to rent? Have you found yourself unable to get a mortgage or being gazumped? Do you worry about younger members of your family getting on the property ladder?
