PHONE-IN
The latest plans from Transport Scotland are for more spending on walking and cycling and less for roads and motorways. The budget for 'active travel', such as cycling and walking, is soaring from Β£114m this year to Β£259m next year and the year after. Meanwhile the motorway and trunk roads budget is falling next year from Β£411m to Β£377m, and staying at the lower level at least until 2025-26.
Stephen asks - Where would you spend the money?
