Carl Cox: Music and Motorbikes

The legendary DJ Carl Cox opens up about the glory days of dance music, his love of bikes, the North West 200 and the Ulster Grand Prix.

Carl Cox has been a towering figure throughout some of the defining eras of UK music.

From acid house and illegal raves to the explosion of UK club culture, Carl is now the self-proclaimed "gatekeeper" of dance music.

To many, he's still the world's greatest DJ.

But, now in his fifth decade at the top, his mind isn't just on Ibiza but the roads racing circuits of Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

In Carl Cox: Music and Motorbikes, Carl talks to Rick Faragher about his obsession with motorbikes and why, in 2013, he decided to start his own motorsport team.

Since then Carl Cox Motorsport has attracted top riders like Michael Dunlop and the team have competed in the North West 200, Ulster Grand Prix and the Isle of Man TT.
