PHONE IN: FERRIES

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has told MSPs that "the buck stops with me" in the row over the contract for the two delayed and over budget ferries. Transport secretary Jenny Gilruth recently apologised to islanders and said that confidence in CalMac among rural and island communities was "not particularly high" after a winter of regular service cancellations.
