Ruth Wilson and Tom Daley

Ruth Wilson and Tom Daley are on with Zoe this morning. Ruth discusses her one-woman show, 'The Human Voice', and Tom tells us all about his 'Hell Of A Â鶹ԼÅÄcoming' documentary.

Wake up and embrace the day with Zoe! Between 8 am and 9 am she keeps the tunes rolling on Maximum Music Monday. Plus she has three disco classics from her personal collection, in the Disco Ball at 8.30!

Ruth Wilson chats to Zoe about her upcoming one-woman show, 'The Human Voice', soon to be running at the Harold Pinter Theatre in London. 'The Human Voice' is a 19th-century one-woman play that explores a woman’s mental state as she learns her lover will marry another woman.

Tom Daley's also on for a natter, and tells Zoe all about his 'Hell Of A Â鶹ԼÅÄcoming' Comic Relief documentary, which airs on Â鶹ԼÅÄ One ahead of this year's Red Nose Day on Friday.

Along with Clare Runacres on news, Richie Anderson on travel and Paul Scott on sport, she and the team have the best start to your morning.

There's also a daily Pause For Thought from Brian D'Arcy, plus texts, voice notes and emails, as Zoe entertains the nation with fun for the family!
