Wales Main and Dessert
The remaining chefs compete over dishes inspired by British broadcasting. When all the chefs choose comedic inspirations, who will have the last laugh and who must go home?
The three chefs are halfway through their heat, and the pressure is mounting. Once again, they each serve their unique interpretations of the brief celebrating 100 years of British broadcasting.
For mains, one chef is taking inspiration from reality TV show I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, which has relocated to Wales for the past two series. Another is celebrating Blackadder Goes Forth with an explosive presentation. Lastly, there is a homage to Sir David Attenborough and his series Blue Planet, where the chef serves a mainly vegetarian dish with the environment in mind. Whose dish will this week's veteran judge find the most successful?
Only two will proceed to cook for the judges and have a chance to represent Wales at the regional finals.
